OSHA-10 Hour Construction Safety Training 

 

This training opportunity will address the unique safety and health issues important to the small business and construction owner. The program will focus on developing strategies for managing your safety and health program and provide insight to common OSHA Regulations-Identified hazards and regulatory issues. The OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Training offers OSHA 10 Hour – certification and OSHA Construction Standards 29 CFR 1926. Many larger contractors and government contracts require this designated safety training. This class is federally mandated to be an OSHA 10 Hour long class.

Each student will receive a student manual and a certificate at the time of class. A laminated Federal OSHA ID card for proof of training will be mailed after class completion, issued by Federal OSHA. Each student will be required to successfully pass the written test to show completion and comprehension of course curriculum. The purpose of this guidebook

We created this guidebook to help you design, construct, and use scaffolds safely. The guide highlights Oregon OSHA’s scaffold requirements for the construction industry, Subdivision 3/L of the construction safety and health rules. The guide identifies unsafe work practices and shows most types of scaffolds used in construction work. Use this guide as a supplement to Subdivision 3/L, not as a substitute.
